Newcomer Landlord Award
In 2016, the Immigration Partnership founded this award to recognize the outpouring of community support from landlords during the resettlement of Syrian refugees. It acknowledges landlords in our community who go the extra mile—not only by providing affordable housing for immigrants and refugees but also by offering a warm welcome to newcomers making Waterloo Region their new home.
